GoogleRecently used Morison and Smith Lanark to remortgage our house, and whilst staff were polite, we feel we had to do more work than was required of us. Having to frequently call or email for updates, being told to contact our mortgage supplier and act as a go-between was frustrating and tiring. Our Mortage supplier confirmed that the delays we experienced where due to not recieving the required paperwork from Morrison and Smith. It took 6 months and an extra unforeseen £100 charge and additional paperwork for us to finally receive a title deed change. Would not recommend.

The whole process from putting my home on sale, to scheduling viewings to discussing offers was second to none!
They have a process in place which makes setting up viewings very secure and safe. They will bend over backwards to accommodate to any of the clients needs and respond within 5 or less minutes if you can’t get hold of them first time on the phone.

GoogleWe recently bought a house marketed with this estate agent and a long story short, we relocated from Ireland having bought the house remotely. Not only did the lovely staff ensure the keys were kept safe for two weeks until we could travel, but one wonderful member of staff stayed late and waited after traffic delayed us after closing. I don't know many companies would do that. We'd have been sleeping in the van with our dog and all our worldly possessions if not for her.
