I am unsure how it works for tenants, but landlords must avoid them at all costs. They do not repair, do not respond, do not return calls.
Always politely doing nothing.
They have not responded to my emails. Our telephone conversations, although very polite indeed, did not lead to any repairs and they don’t follow up afterwards.

GoogleI had a terrible experience with Technoestates Ltd. They were misleading and unprofessional regarding my holding deposit. While they speak politely on the phone, their actual service delivery is zero. They caused unnecessary stress, failed to communicate clearly, and mishandled the deposit process. I would strongly advise against using their services if you value honesty and reliability. There no options for negative rating other wise I choose -100000000000000000000%

GoogleIn my own experience this is one of the worst estate agencies in London. Their tenants have given us hell with their noise and bad behaviour, despite countless complaints via email, phone calls and text messages, they couldn`t care less about other people. I do not recommend Techno Estate Agency to my worst enemy.
