GoogleAwful company, Deniss has been disgustingly rude during the whole process of "managing" our property. I would advise against using this company for the sheer ignorance and rudeness they seem to think is acceptable.
I would like to add you could potentially get a varying treatment/ service depending on your apartment or house or even who you are.
If you want your leaseholders to be unhappy I would really recommend this company. If you want them to be happy look elsewhere
As an update, they are still awful. Every bit of contact with them is useless. I would not recommend this disrespectful, rude, unhelpful, aggressive company to anyone

GoogleDon’t trust this company. They just care about their money. They just care about landlord. They don’t care about the tenants. They agreed to my offer and confirmed the tenancy. I requested for the agreement but they said you will get one day before removal date. I gave notice to my current landlord, packed my stuff and made all the arrangements for the removal. One day before move in date this company called me and said the landlord has changed his mind and we can’t do anything. Very unprofessional dealing. I had cancel all the arrangements. They didn’t bothered about anything. Haven’t received any apology till now.
Never ever witnessed anything like this in my life. Please don’t use this company.

GoogleWe were so pleased with our experience with SAB when buying our property. This was our second time so we had other respective agents to compare the experience against. They were so much more personal and always got back to us within the day when we were enquiring about any issues, even giving us helpful advise regarding recommended solicitors. SAB may be a smaller agency however don't let this put you off. They are quality. We've been so impressed with our experience we'd be happy to recommend them

GoogleThis Company is dishonest and distrustful. They do not respect the local residence in the area and will not respect the tenants in the properties they receive run.

GoogleAs a new landlord it was very important that we found a local agent who could help us to find the right tenants quickly. SAB came highly rated and did just that. Always professional, courteous and considerate when scheduling viewings. Transparent and thorough re: background checks, plus keeping us updated at all times. In addition, they secured rental value above our asking price. Absolutely delightful to work with Wes & the team.

GoogleI was recommended SAB by a friend, and am delighted by the service. I think most letting agents are weasels, but that's not the case with SAB. I felt very comfortable with them and would highly recommend them.
