YellBad customer service from Lee
We were disappointed from the level of customer service from Lee Chambers, the owner & director of Perfect Living. We absolutely love our flat but unfortunately when we moved in, nothing had been cleaned and the inventory hadn't been done. Lee shrugged these things off as if it is not something that is mandatory when moving into a new flat. No apology from him, but rather a terrible attitude towards us - his new tenants. Wouldn't recommend this estate agency.

YellAvoid this company at all cossts
The estate agents Perfect Living made myself and my girlfriends lives hell for the past two years of living in one of their properties. The flat looked great when we arrived, but after a while things started breaking that never got replaced including the cooker, freezer, fridge, boiler. The house was completely covered in damp which never got sorted and is now the reason the new tenants have not moved in and we are still yet to see a single penny of our deposit. Avoid this scam of a company at all costs!!!

YellMade my first experience of renting a nightmare
This was my first time renting a property and Perfect Living made sure it was the worst possible experience I could have. When I viewed the flat it looked lovely, but the day I moved in was an absolute mess! It stunk of smoke, the mattress was dirty and the flat had clearly not been cleaned. I moved out after only three months, but said bye bye to my deposit.

YellRude Rude Rude - Avoid
After caling to make a simple enquiry following two emails about one of their properties the 'Director', Lee hung up on me twice saying he didn't have time to send an email reply. He felt the best way to run his company was to shout and swear - not exactly the 'friendly and professional team dedicated to offering a very personal service' that they quote on their website!

YellWorst customer service I have ever recieved
Worst estate agency I have ever had the unpleasantness of having to deal, with. Was advised against them by a friend, however decided to go ahead any way. Ended up in a flat that we had to move out of within a couple of months due to mould, no electric and no response from the agent Lee. As you can guess we never saw our deposit again
