I gave 1 star because I couldn't put up a review unless I did a rating. The real rating is 0 stars. They will rent your property to people who will wreck it, tenants who will bring down the value of the property, leave behind infestations and destroy any goodwill with your neighbours. Experienced adults using the garden as a bathroom, rubbish left outside for months because not placed in the correct bin, reports of noise, Police attendance at the property etc etc.

Rubbish service, submitted an offer for an apartment. To date no response, no courtesy update, no follow up from Shanice or Joshua. Aftercare/client service is clearly not their thing. I now avoid any adverts from peddler at all costs whislt I flathunt

Sam at West Norwood found me my property and helped me through the first stages before handing over to David to complete what turned out to be a very fast transaction, in spite of COVID-19 restrictions. We had lots of queries about the house but he managed to get the answers from the landlord promptly.
