Baran attended to me concerning an issue with my Landlord.During our conversation, he was polite, responsible, respectful and made every effort to understand my situation.He considered all the salient issues before making any comments.He was non-judgmental and unbiased when giving advice.He understood the requirements of his job and tried his best to endure costumer satisfaction was reached by the end of the discussion.His mediation and problem solving skills are excellent.His first concern was to do his utmost best to resolve the situation to a reasonable conclusion on both sides.It is my opinion that Baran is most definitely an asset to Marsh & Parsons.

I have had multiple challenges working with this letting agent and and would not recommend them as a tenant. They look out for their landlord clients and make a pretty penny doing it. Even my landlord said their fees are high. The staff changes frequently and there was a lot of pressure for me to bid high and do a long tenancy to get a flat I ended up having to leave early as they neglected to put in a break clause which was very expensive for me and very lucrative for them. Max Davis and Roy Khan were very helpful though, but make sure you read the fine print before you sign anything as it may come back to bite you!

Arguably the worst agents in London. Don't even think of working with these people. They are nice and useful until you sign, after that they are not just useless, but will ignore you, make your life hell and purposely sabotage your peace. Also not a one person in the staff sort of thing. Disgraceful these bunch are still in business.

GoogleI have worked with Joel as a client selling my property for over two years now. For various reasons, (nothing to do with the estate agents), I was unable to proceed with a sale in 2022, but continued to be in touch with Joel and this summer successfully completed the sale of my house. My thanks to Sian and Joel who were always available to talk to me and assisted through some difficult discussions as the sale continued. They were a great professional support and I thank them both.

GoogleWe have purchased a property recently through Marsh & Parsons, Kennington branch, Sian Poynton and Joel Hughes were helping us through the whole process. From the start I can feel that their service is very processional and efficient, they not only care about seller's interest but also help buyers navigate through the whole process, Joel and Sian have helped me a lot especially at the final stage when the whole chain was trying to agree on the completion date and finalise the process, I was pretty stressful but thanks to their help all come through finally. I would highly recommend their service to buy and sell property in SE1 area and we would definitely use them in the future if we have the need

This review relates only to the Streatham Hill branch of Marsh and Parsons, through which I attempted to buy a home in 2025. My experience points to a disorganised and poorly managed estate agency, and I would recommend prospective buyers and sellers avoid M&P and choose from the many other excellent estate agents in the area. The lack of care and transparent communication from M&P has left me without a home for several months and thousands of pounds out of pocket. Junior estate agents seem reluctant to escalate obvious issues to managers, and the branch director, Jonathan Mallet, has made no attempt to provide the most basic level of customer service.

Had an appointment with the Charlton office, they were late. I called, was told they were parking. Waited more. Nothing until the manager called 40 minutes after the appointment basically stating that they had no phone to call when they did not see the concierge so left. This is very unprofessional and I do not recommend you waste your time if this is their first impression.

Using Marsh and Parsons property management service was an enormous improvement from trying to manage the tenancy as a landlord. Elisabeth was fantastic as a managing agent. All issues were resolved swiftly with the absolute minimum amount of admin and engagement required from me. This was a huge improvement from the laborious approach to liaising with tenants and contractors myself to try to triangulate and resolve issues and attendance. Highly recommend.

We rent a property through Marsh and Parsons and opted for a change of occupancy so we could exit our contract early. The entire team has been really helpful and Jasmin in particular has been a big help to us. Jasmin has been very professional and efficient with her communication throughout the process. We had a slight issue with Rightmove regarding tenant referencing (no fault of Marsh and Parsons) and she resolved the issue promptly. She's also been very patient in answering my countless questions!
