Satisfied for the past six years and impressed be the new property manager

As a landlord I have been quite satisfied with Knight Frank during the past six years, during which the property was taken good care of with appropriate frequency of contact. Although the property managers have changed during 2023Q4, many thanks to Kristian Lee the handover is now properly completed and everything works so well. As my current property manager, Kristian impresses me a lot by considerable sense of responsibility, willingness in problem solving and swift reaction to handle issues in a reliable way. Great experience buying through KF

We had a great experience buying our home through Knight Frank. Clare Griffiths in the Bristol office was our Sales Progressor and she was fantastic. We were in the middle of the chain, buying and selling, and we encountered a couple of issues (mainly frustrating solicitor-based problems) and Clare was tenacious in helping us hit our exchange and completion dates. She also helped the process go smoothly overall and communication, via her, between ourselves and our sellers was excellent. Thank you again Clare! Thanks, too, to Rupert, who also helped get us over the line on a long and stressful completion day (again a solicitor-based issue). Would definitely recommend Knight Frank based on our experience as buyers.

A big shout-out to Naeto Soludo

A big shout-out to Naeto Soludo for being a great property manager, very communicative, friendly and generally extremely helpful. I would have given 5 stars if the everyone we had dealt with at the firm were as helpful as Naeto has been. Despite him being new to the branch, he has been the most professional of the 4 or 5 persons we've dealt with so far.Unfortunately, we did have to deal with a real-life NPC in the process of renting our property, unable to answer a yes or no question in an email chain and replying with the literal phase: 'Send [us] the monies', when referring to a £21,000 bank transfer... And just generally being rude. So, I almost pulled out of renting with Knight Frank altogether because I thought they were initially a scam company.The others at the branch can learn a lot from Nateo and I hope his performance is recognised.

Toto, George and the team at Knight Frank, Chelsea were extremely helpful when it came to the sale of a flat. In particular, in the midst of a long conveyancing process, they were communicative, responsive and engaged, and proactively helped to ensure the process reach its completion. I've had negative experiences with Knight Frank in the past, but our new property manager Hamzah has been excellent at addressing our issues in a timely manner and ensuring we were kept in the loop. He would also follow up to make sure that the most critical repairs were being handled as quickly as possible. He is very empathetic to the tenant's situation making working with him very pleasant. He identifies pain points and tries his best to address them.

Very capable hands with KF-managed flats

I've just moved out of my Knight Frank-managed flat after 4 years and I'm going to miss their level of service!Jason has done a fantastic job looking after things for us, considering the nightmare of a landlord we had. Halfway through our tenancy our landlord became incredibly (well, completely) absent and somehow Knight Frank / Jason made it possible to live through that. Emergency and other important issues were able to be addressed nonetheless.I know these folks (Jason, Sabriye) look after many, many properties so a big thank-you for helping us over the years, always in a very professional and sympathetic manner.

Knight Frank in Richmond

Knight Frank in Richmond were recommended to me by someone else who used to live in the block of flats where I was living at the time. I had always thought that Knight Frank only marketed properties with a value of at least £1 million and that my flat valued at £600K would not be of interest to them. This was not the case and Knight Frank were very proactive in getting viewings and in me eventually receiving an acceptable offer.There was a short chain involved and there was an extended exchange of contracts process, which was primarily the fault of the management company in the block of flats where I am now living. Knight Frank again were excellent in getting involved in chasing matters up with everyone involved in the process.Ten out of ten as far as I am concerned.

The whole Basingstoke team were highly professional at all times. Mark Thomas was our main agent, his availability to respond to any email we sent was fantastic and we would normally get a response within 20 minutes (7 days a week). Prior to our property hitting the market, Marks whole team arranged a meeting at our property to have a look round and ask questions so they were all familiar with the property, and better prepared to answer any questions. A great idea we thought, one that we hadn’t experienced in the past! Really a great experience with Knight Frank, and a definite recommendation.

Emma Soanes - Excellent!

Emma Soanes was covering for our usual Knight Frank representative for a week in October. We emailed our usual Knight Frank representative /Emma about a leak that our flat has been experiencing for several months and she was incredibly responsive giving us a call as soon as she could to help deal with the issue. Whilst on the phone I also raised other ongoing issues that we had been having with the flat and asking to get fixed and Emma managed to get this sorted/ near sorted within the week she was covering. She was absolutely excellent, kept us informed, listened to what our issues were and dealt with them all quickly and efficiently. Emma was incredibly friendly, clearly so good at her job and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Myself and my flatmate are so thankful for her assistance!
