GoogleDon’t be a tenant with this agency, they will try and charge you £200 when leaving for a couple of cobwebs and dust on broken blinds, blinds that you ask to be fixed when you move in and they will never get them fixed for you despite asking the landlord to do so multiple times.

GoogleI have always rent from private landlords before, changing my properties every 6 or 12 months. But since Kings Accommodation found me a property to live I am a happy tenant of thesame property for the last 6 years. Flat was sold with me and Kings handled the change of contract and I am still here. Matylda is very responsive and genuine person to deal with. I have recommended kings to many friends and they are also long term tenants now.

GoogleI would like to thank you to all Kings's Accommodation staff for their GOOD SERVICE. Special thank you to Violeta, Matylda, Warren and Michal. I rent a studio with them last Year, had to break the contract early and they quickly found a replacement tenant. I can say that everyone was extremely helpful and supportive during this process and my stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this agency.

GoogleThese guys are amazing, from the first call, the woman on the phone was super helpful and professional. Then when Matylda turned up she was so friendly and genuine, which is rare these days. I’ve been in this place for over 3 months and I am super happy with the service and my property. A**** Would totally recommend King’s accommodation to friends! Thank you guys.

GoogleWe have been with Kings Acvomodation for a number of years but have had to jointly agree to terminate our managennt agreement and switch agents due to a number of reasons, including them taking monies without our authorisation. This was taken to the property ombudsman and we were compensated as they upheld our complaint. We have now just submitted a second complaint to the property ombudsman as they decided to again take money from our rental without our knowledge to take out an insurance policy we did not want or need and are again refusing to refund this money to us. They also gave our details to this insurance company without our knowledge and consent which again is completely unprofessional and unnecessary.. I am not one for writing damaging reviews and never would without cause.., but I dont want anyone to have the experience we have had to fight and go through the ombudsman to get monies back that are your own and have been taken without your consent... Please be careful when selecting agencies we are now with a different agency and the level of professionalism is brilliant and a breath of fresh air after this terrible experience.... so there are good ones out there.. just not this agent!!!

GoogleKings have gone the extra mile for us, we have a more personal relationship and feel that they have really gone out of their way to make sure we are comfortable in our house. They have provided constant support throughout the past two years, they are more than just a estate agents, we have built a good relationship with the team and wouldn't want to choose any other estate agents in London to be looked after by.

GoogleIf I am being honest I am not sure why their reviews are so bad. I have just moved in to my new flat and have to say it was a rather smooth process. Of course there were little bits that could be improved but we are only human and a rating of 1-2 stars seems a bit unfair. Definitely not as bad as their reviews here!

GoogleCompletely terrible and incompetent estate agents. They appear to have little understanding for how tenancy contracts work (break clauses for example). They continually made errors and acted in an unprofessional manner throughout our time renting with them. Do not recommend at all.
