Hamptons have been in charge of renting our property in Taplow for the past 3 years. In general the service has been good particularly from Judy in the Maidenhead office. However she has sometimes been let down by the performance of Hamptons accounts department who have not always measured up when using their third party payment service.

Hamptons have managed our home for 5 years. They handle all the issues, large and small. What I particularly like is that when they make a mistake, they will acknowledge it and work hard to resolve it. They are also very flexible in their approach.
