The worst letting and property management company ever!! They do not care about the tenants, only the landlord. As long as the landlord gets a good offer, they won’t bother helping with issues in the property. And they trick you with adding stuff to your contract after you’ve signed and paid deposit / rent so you are left with no choice but accept whatever they add into the contract.

GoogleWe were recently looking for a property in Streatham through Dexters. The agent, Frances, was lovely. She was really personable and made us feel completely at ease, being patient with us, listening to what we were looking for, being very accommodating with times to get us in to view properties and always following up with us - but she did this in a way that didn't make us dread the phone call. My rental went far from great.I reported the need for a kitchen repair and it never got resolved. It felt disrespectful. When they have the rent, that’s it. I won’t be using them again.

This is the worst property agent I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Even though I left their property in the best state possible this company has attempted to withhold my deposit and try to get their tenants to pay for redecoration costs despite all issues coming from fair wear and tear during a pandemic. If you value your hard earned money and want your value for money, Dexters is not it.

GoogleDexters provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. They marketed our property effectively to interested buyers and we had an asking-price offer within days. Throughout the process to exchange of contracts they were integral to progressing the sale. We had some delays at the point of exchange and without Richard’s intervention I’m not sure the transaction would have got over the line. We chose Dexters as we were impressed with our experience buying through them previously and we were not disappointed.
