I have moved out for one month but they still did not refund my deposit even if I have chased for 5 times!The response on repairment and maintainence request was super slow during my stay. It took 5 months for them to fix the blinds! I could not turn on lights during evenings because there was no blinds!And they arrange views with very short notice before my moving out date. Very bad experience. PLS give my deposit back ASAP when you read this comment, Dexters!

I phoned Dexters and Donalina Gargrupe handled both problems for me quickly and effectively and with a friendly, polite manner.She kept me informed (the problems ranged over a week due to a miscommunication with a maintenance company) and was quick to chase up the company involved. A very impressive performance!

GoogleAwful. Don't be fooled by the obvious fake reviews (hint...those reviewers with 5 star reviews and only 1 review). Dexters Clapham are the absolute worst estate agent I've ever dealt with.
Getting in touch with these people is impossible; they also love to try and see what illegal practices they can get away with, such as ignoring my attempts to get my deposit back.
Also lived with broken furniture for months because these clowns refused to replace it.
If you can, AVOID.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAbsolutely appalling experience so far with the property management team at Dexters as a tenant. Since moving into a flat managed by Dexters 6 months ago we have had a a number of issues related to billing and accounts for the property including an incorrect meter reading provided by an agent during our check in resulting in a £250 bill for our first month, a second account we were not notified of until receiving a letter for the owner that services would halt and an account set up by their team with an incorrect email address. The team at Dexters have been absolutely useless in helping to rectify any of these issues with a "sort it yourself" mentality and ignoring requests to return phone calls when contacted.
If we're ever in search of another rental I would think twice if Dexters were the managing agents.
