Both the owner, Bobby, and his associate, Bobbi, have worked hard to assist with any issues that arose, personally ringing me, attending the flat at the drop of a hat, or sending the right person to fix things. My flat truly felt like a well-loved home, thanks to them. I would highly recommend letting from them!

I am very happy that I came across Charles Sinclair Ltd advert when was looking for the right flat where to move in . Charles Sinclair assisted me in finding a place on Lavender Hill in Battersea a few months ago and having rented many times around London, I can say that by far they are the most professional and personal Lettings agent I have dealt with. Mo Khan has been an absolute star from the initial viewing to the actual handover - making the whole process so smooth and simple. Moving from North to South, I was new to the area and Mo was great with his knowledge of the area and local amenities.
