Carter Mills Lambeth reviews

We recently bought our first home through Carter Mills, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Dawn was an absolute pleasure to work with, warm, polite, and professional throughout the entire process. Unlike other agents, she never pressured us with constant follow-ups, making the experience much more enjoyable and stress-free. The whole process was smooth, and at the end, she went above and beyond to ensure the seller cleared the property after the tenants left it in a mess. We truly appreciate her dedication and would not hesitate to use Carter Mills again in the future. Highly recommended!

I’ve phoned 5 times to politely ask for the removal of a redundant sign that has been blocking our property for months. Every time, I’m told someone will remove it, to no avail. Will now be reporting to the council.

Ran by a Lovely woman called Dawn, she provides a quality service and truly tries to understand what your looking for and what you need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy.

Not even sure why someone was in as it’s a Sunday and they’re meant to be closed, but was clearly lost trying to find somewhere on maps when a lady came out screaming at me to move away from the front of the shop. Cheers for the attitude
