Meller Braggins currently manage two Buy to Let Properties for us and we have a third currently undergoing refurbishment which they will soon take on board too. The managed service Meller Braggins provide is excellent. I'd particularly like to mention Mark Wilkinson who is our main point of contact. The two managed properties work like clockwork, and when we do occasionally need additional information or access to the properties Mark deals with our requests promptly. Mark has been assisting me with contractors for our current refurbishment and keeping things moving along really well. Mark is professional, friendly, organised and efficient. I would highly recommend Meller Braggins for Lettings.

5 Star Service

We recently reached out to Emma at Meller Braggins Knutsford to see if she do accommodate a last minute viewing of property. The office was closed, due to May Day celebrations in Knutsford but Emma arranged for a late appointment, to enable her to get the keys when the roads opened back up.

Meller Braggins Knutsford is an amazing company to deal with - we left everything to Simon and Richard and they made our experience of selling our house of 41years very easy. They are both very attentive and helpful, holding our hand throughout the selling process. We would not hesitate, in fact we would positively urge you to use Meller Braggins Knutsford to sell or buy a property through - you won't be disappointed. Thank you Meller Braggins Knutsford :-) :-)

We recently bought a house from Meller Braggins and I feel compelled to write this review!! We dealt primarily with Richard who was absolutely fantastic!! He kept us updated and well informed through the sale and nothing was too much trouble!! He just took the stress totally away from us!!! Making the whole transaction seamless… Anytime I rang the office, if I spoke to Mark or Melanie, you again are greeted with the same friendly, courteous and helpfulness that one received from Richard.. Simon too in Richard’s brief absence, extended that the very same amazing customer service and was incredibly helpful… Rarely do you get this level of service and care and therefore I cannot recommend them enough!! I can sincerely and honestly state that Richard’s integrity is beyond reproach!!!!

We had a great end to end service dealing with Suzanne from the Knutsford branch from initially meeting her to view the property to concluding the sale. We had some issues with our buyer and Suzanne was so professional and a great communicator that she made the buying process so smooth. Would highly recommend.

Simon Middleton, and colleagues Richard and Suzanne were excellent throughout the whole process. I was looking for a 'one-stop shop' approach including house clearance and co-ordination with my solicitors and this was successfully completed.

Knoweldgeable Agent & Great Communication

We chose Meller Braggins Stockton Heath after having market appraisals from 2 other local agents. The reason behind our choice was initially due to a valuation which was closer to our expectation & in excess of 15% greater than the other agents. We felt reassured that the asking price would be achieved through the knowledge that Richard had of the area & the market, further strengthened with a thoughtful marketing launch that would capture our target market. An open house encouraged viewings & within three days we had 3 asking price offers. Richard was then able to guide us through the offers suggesting the benefits & pitfalls of each ensuring a smooth sale. After accepting Richard would regularly keep in touch and Sally in the office was excellent in communicating and organising information & solicitors to assist the sale within 2 months.

Suzanne was my contact and she provided an excellent service. Always positive and looking for ways to resolve the inevitable issues. My experience of some other Estate Agents is far less positive, Meller Braggins Knutsford stand out above the pack.

We have dealt with Meller Braggins for over 20 years, sold and bought many houses for the rental market and sales.. the current team who we have dealt with recently, Richard,, Simon, Suzanne and Mark are excellent.. easy to deal with, always prompt and responsive, chase things when needed and always happy to oblige. They know this area extremely well and are realistic in every aspect of selling and renting properties and have a good deal of experience.
