We had a great house selling experience from first meeting Doug to discuss our sale, through to completion which happened less than 3 months later. We were very happy with everyone in the team who worked to ensure a seamless sale, always returned calls, and kept us updated as the sale progressed. Special mention to Dev who was fantastic all the way through - targeting prospective interested buyers for viewings, then arranging and managing the viewings giving relevant and honest feedback. Once a sale was agreed Dev anticipated ways to make the sale run smoothly and worked proactively to move the process along making sure target dates were met. Frances was excellent too, and either were always available to answer questions. Would definitely recommend choosing the Gascoigne Halman Knutsford office for a house sale in the area.

We have recently completed on a property that we purchased through Gascoigne Halman Knutsford and have to say that the service we received right from day 1 has been excellent. We dealt with Dev Tyrer-Jones and can honestly say he went above and beyond what we would expect throughout the whole process, but particularly as everything was coming to a conclusion. He managed every parties expectations and his communication was excellent. We have no plans to ever move again, but for anyone who is about to move house we would definitely recommend Gascoigne Halman and particularly Dev at Knutsford.

My wife and l bought our new home through Gascoigne Halman the agent who handled our purchase was Dev. Throughout the entire process Dev has kept us fully up to date with progress and offered us very useful and practical advice. Whenever we needed to revisit the property between our offer and exchange of contracts he has been most accommodating. Dev has been very active in keeping the process moving, contacting various solicitors and estate agents involved and pushing for progress when issues were slowing things down. I would say that Dev worked very hard and effectively to progress not only our purchase but our sale as well, he was far more active than our own selling agent. I would thoroughly recommend the services of Gascoigne Halman and especially Dev who had been an absolute star.

Excellent, professional service from start to finish. We decided to sell our house through Gascogine Halman after having it valued by Douglas. Doug guided at this early stage giving us to invaluable advice as first time sellers. Special mention must be made to Dev. Dev was our selling agent. He put in some unbelievably hard work from finding a buyer at the beginning guiding us through the process through the middle and working so hard at the end to push things through in a timely manor. Terrible communication

I would try to steer clear of this company if possible. We have rented a property through this agency and it has been a nightmare. Communication is horrendous, you cannot get hold of anyone at all. We even went into the branch about our queries and still were told that no one was available and someone would contact us (which they didn’t). The property was not ready for us to move into on the agreed date and we were not told about this until we chased and chased about needing more info on moving in.
