We had exceptional service from Morgan Aps from start to finish. The entire process from contacting Morgan Aps to say we wanted to put our house on the market to completion took three and a half months, which must be an all time record in today's market. Everyone involved was utterly professional and at the top of their game: Jo, our main contact; the photographer; the floor plan/EPC surveyor; the Morgan Aps employees who showed viewers around. What's more, Jo and the others are all friendly, personable and have a sense of humour and humanity, which elevated the process even further. A wonderful company in every way.

My husband and I had an absolutey TERRIBLE experience with these GOD-awful people, who allowed us to be gazumped as tenants and then tried to blame it on the landlord. Holly Aps blew our trust to absolute smithereens, and left us too afraid to try and rent something else for a VERY long time.

The purchase has been difficult due to Covid and then our chain faltering but out of all the agents involved in the process MA were by far the most proactive and helpful. They were excellent at communicating and on one or two dark days when we really felt that the process was faltering they worked very hard to keep things moving on. I’m writing this in recommendation and they weren’t even our agents (!) but they were truly excellent and we are very indebted to Emily and Rosanagh in particular for all they did for us.
