Abbie held our hand through the process and although we had a few twists and turns, it was relatively smooth and painless, thanks in no small part to the team's kindness and professionalism. GoogleI sold my property through Cobb Amos knighton in 2020, Abigail and Emma were soo helpful and always replied to my queries promptly, as I work similar hours to Thier opening hrs email was my preferred contact and they were great at keeping me in the loop. They were professional and friendly and I'm glad I chose them as my estate agents. After having to go through another estate agents locally for the purchase of a property I realised just how good the 2 girls at Cobb Amos really were. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleCobb Amos Knighton was selling the property that I wanted to buy. I viewed 3 times before making an offer! Every time they were patient and answered all questions. I dealt mostly with Elliot who I found to be most helpful, courteous and very patient! I also spoke to Emma on several occasions and also found her very helpful and patient. All the way through the process - which sometimes seemed like it would never end! I didn’t have any issues that Elliot or Emma couldn’t sort out or solve for me. Day of completion finally came and due to a mix up on my side of the transaction things got held up regarding release of the keys. Elliot was great - getting things sorted and I got the keys an hour later! Would highly recommend Cobb Amos in Knighton - and Elliot!

Staff were endlessly patient, supportive and quick off the mark to sort any queries. If I rang the office I was greeted with cheery and professional responses. GoogleThe best service ever, particularly when it really mattered at the last stages getting things over the line leading up to exchange and completion. Without the help of Abigail Smith, we would literally not have completed on our sale. She went above and beyond, was extremely responsive, kept everyone in the chain in communication and working together. Abi was sympathetic to the ups and downs and time pressures of our situation and helped hold everything together, including my nerves at times. GoogleCan't recommend Cobb Amos highly enough. When our own estate agent let us down, staff at Cobb Amos stepped up to the task of assisting us. Abbie in particular worked very hard to keep everyone in a long chain, and in a nail-biting situation, in the picture, and to move things along. She phoned us most days to provide updates, was highly professional, sympathetic and motivated, and went above and beyond to serve her own clients as well as us. Thanks Abbie! GoogleUnprofessional. Cobb Amos were commissioned to assess and value our property. 5 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, we had a message that they had cancelled, due to sickness. A second appointment was also missed. We later learned that they had done the valuation in their own office and told the company who commissioned them that they would visit the property to confirm their assessment. No way.

GoogleProbably the best estate agents I've worked with. We were buying a property through Cobb Amos and Abigail/Emma (Knighton branch) were fantastically helpful and supportive of us throughout. If I had a choice I would have paid Cobb Amos rather than my solicitors who were useless! GoogleOur house had the asking price accepted within 4 days in October 2020, with incredible interest and multiple viewings in that first week, thanks to Cobb Amos in Knighton. Then things got tricker with a chain of 7 houses and 11 solicitors involved. Abbie and Emma expertly kept everyone on track (not just us and our buyers) with the final exchange and completion coming within 2 days of each other in March 2021, after what appeared to be a collapse in the chain below us.
