GoogleExcellent communication, fair costs, speed of reporting. It's a pleasure to deal with a company which does what it says it is going to do, actually does it and meets the customer's expactations? Thank you Ed Cameron and team

GoogleI used Merit Estates for my Level 3 building survey. Alan arranged a call quickly with me to discuss my survey options and which one would be best and why. They were so helpful and the survey was booked in quickly, with the report being sent to me within 24 hours of it taking place. I would highly recommend if you want a surveyor who prioritises what is best for you and is also highly efficient. Thank you!

I’m paying off my help to buy and the report was perfect, no questions and the valuation was approved. Would 100% recommend and price also extremely reasonable. Thank you!
