I have been in contact with Seymours lettings team and they haven’t contacted me once about properties, only to look on Rightmove and they post daily with matches of what I’m looking for. Disappointing.

I recently purchased my first property through Seymours and right from the start of the process I could see the difference between themselves and their competitors. Jeff, who had the task of finding me a property provided excellent customer service and kept me fully informed of properties not only within my criteria but also properties he felt would be beneficial for me to look at. I can honestly say that if you are looking for property within the local area then there is absolutely no reason to consider any other agents, none of the other agents even bothered calling me about any property and it's no surprise you see Seymours boards surrounding the area!

James at Seymours was very efficient and diligent when suggesting properties and very prompt at setting up viewings. Being first time buyers can be very daunting when you are not aware of the process of buying a property but everyone at Seymours was very knowledgeable and more than happy to answer any questions we had regarding the process.
