Overall everyone friendly and pro active. Main frustration due to difficulty in getting calls returned in a timely manner and a continuing issue with agents slamming down the phones when ending a call. Not professional. Hence 4 stars.

After using Seymours ten years ago and being delighted with their excellent service I used the Blackwater office this summer and they were really top notch again. Aiden helped so much in dealing brilliantly with the sale of my house and also with my elderly mother's purchase of a flat.

The WORST! Wont fix anything! Rat infestation...did nothing...mold...did nothing...central heating broken, massive bills...did nothing..no shower for two months in winter..did nothing..works for landlord. Wont let you out of contract. Does not adhere to covid regulations regarding 4 month notice. Tries to force you to renew. Beware!!!!!!!!! Do not use this company!!!

Probably the worst experience I have had with an Estate Agent. They were rude, offensive and didn’t return calls or email. I understand that they work for the seller, so now that we own a home, we know which company NOT to use.I definitely would not recommend Seymours in Godalming.

All estate agents should be like this. Seymours Horsell team super professional and helpful. They sold our house in a few days and rest was pretty much flawless. The branch manager and all staff are really fantastic, they put most other local estate agents to shame, sorry but true.
