GoogleJarvie Moizer-Peace has no regard for UK housing law.
This company was not even my landlord/letting agent on my tenancy agreement & had no authority over myself or any other of the tenants that I was renting at 130 Fitzwilliam Street, where he is the estate agent of the owners of my former address, who were renting it out to my landlord, Your Property Zone Ltd, who were the designated estate agent who myself & other tenants had a tenancy agreement with.
This clueless chav (who clearly has this company through a well off mummy & daddy), thought he could send letters to tenants telling us he was going to be inspecting our rooms on behalf of the owner, without following correct procedures by informing our actual landlord who are the ones who have to contact us and make such arrangements.
In the letter he also explicitly told tenants they must be present at the time of visit (Because people don't have jobs or full time studies).
He aggressively banged on my flat door when I was working from home after illegally entering the property without the consent of our landlord, forcing me to go off queue (as I work on phones taking calls from bereaved people) and go out of adherence at work for 20 minutes due to the commotion.
In February of this year he sent letters telling tenants they need to be out of the property by Friday 9th Feb, despite us not being his tenants, despite my landlord still legally having the lease & not yet being forced to vacate via a court of law & despite all tenants being required by law to be issued with a Section 21 Form 6A no fault eviction form (From our landlord, not Yellow Brick Road) which he knows very well or should as someone with his background.
The dispute was between himself, the owners & my then landlord which should have been dealt with by those parties alone and where possible, through the appropriate legal channels and not by forcefully entering the property (including tenants bedrooms whilst they were sleeping) and trying to intimidate innocent people who are existing tenants paying rent through a legally binding assured shorthand tenancy agreement (Including one tenant who was 6 months into a 12 month fixed with the landlord, who, if moved out at the request of Yellow Brick Road, would've been in breach of her tenancy agreement with the landlord).
Scanned the sham eviction letter that gave us 2 weeks notice to Kirklees Council and they told us he had no right to even send such letters through our doors and when Jarvie entered our property in Feb & I offered to to arrange him a visit from Kirklees Council's Housing & Compliance Team, he suddenly got all shifty, declined and went off on his merry way.
