Beth, what an amazing, professional, calm and diligent person!!!! We mainly dealt with Kay & Rob who completely understood our requirements both in helping us search for a new place to buy/rent and when selling our own property - we really valued their helpful suggestions and advice and were grateful for some pretty swift communication when arranging and following up on viewings. FacebookAbsolutely outstanding service from WM Sykes & Son. From our initial meeting with Rob we had a clear winner for entrusting our house sale.
Claire managed the rest of the process with a very high degree of professionalism and efficiency. We were up against it trying to beat the stamp duty window closing, but they helped get us over the line in time.
There may be cheaper options, but I highly doubt you will find a better all round value proposition.
Highly commended and highly recommended.
