Paisley Properties Almondbury reviews

I'm not in the habit of writing reviews, but felt compelled to do so having received such an excellent service from Paisley Properties. Andrew and James took a leading role in selling my property and never wavered with their enthusiasm. On occasion when neither was available, my queries were handled by any one of their colleagues both efficiently and professionally. They really do have their "finger on the pulse" as far as the market goes and as a small company, they really do deliver on a personal level. It's evident that they really care about quality of service and strive to deliver. Wishing them the very best for 2022, from a very happy and satisfied customer.

Exceptional level of service. Consistently reliable, friendly and professional. Communication was easy and always informative. I wouldn't use any other estate agent in future. Brilliant and many thanks to the team.

Just purchased a property through Paisley Properties it has taken a very long time, but this was due to circumstances beyond Paisleys control. Andrew and Caitlin were excellent at keeping us updated and Driving the purchase forward. Very Well Done.

Fantastic service from the team at Paisley Properties! James gave very clear & consistent communication so we always knew where we stood & Beth's help initially when she came out to value the property undoubtedly led to a smoother sale at a higher value. They are local experts & the best choice in the area. I would strongly recommend.

We have just sold through Paisley Properties and found them to be professional and helpful throughout this whole process. Nothing was ever too much to ask and we always got a response/update from viewings all the way to completing. A lovely local agent who actually cared about selling our home. Will certainly recommend Paisley to anyone we know, thank you Beth and team!!

We bought a house through them and they were very helpful throughout the whole process. It feels like a more personal service than some of the bigger agents around. Highly recommended!

I am very pleased to be able to recommend Paisley Properties in Almondbury. It was worrying when lockdown started days after putting the property on the market but a sale was agreed within days of the lockdown ending and we have just completed!

Unfortunately giving this a one star review, after been a good tenant for many years - unfortunately the lettings agency fail to do their part when it comes to maintenance of the property, keeping you up to date and generally just providing a good experience. Shame really, because its as if the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Will not use again in the future. Oh and the previous reviewer Caitlyn actually works for the company - sad really!
