FacebookMums house sale has just completed. First class service from start to finish, Ami is an excellent communicator and kept us informed throughout the process (whether good or bad news!) and I would thoroughly recommend her services. The all in one package including solicitors fees is excellent value for money. 5*
Thanks Nigel!

FacebookFantastic service and communication from Ami from start to finish. We were selling my late mother's property through Baxters which sold almost immediately. There was a few ups and downs with the Probate situation but Ami was fab texting and emailing regularly to see how things were going. Finally things were sorted and the sale went through. I would definitely recommend Baxters Estate Agents and especially Ami if you are planning on selling or buying a house. Thanks Ami once again for all your work.
Thanks so much Debbie 😊

FacebookAmi was great with the sale of our property. House was on the market after 2 days and sold 3 days later. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was always cheerful on the other end of the phone which helped put us at ease. Would definitely recommend baxters to anyone thinking of selling their property

FacebookAmi has been truely exceptional in the sale of my property. I was originally going to use purple bricks but disliked the terms of service. After finding Ami on an estate agents review site I sent a few probing emails and Ami quickly replied and surpised me by stating she was cheaper that purple bricks and local. She promptly arranged to come view my property with a full analysis of local prices. I quickly decided she was the best person for our sale and instucted her the same day. Two days later out house was up on Rightmove and sold the next day for above asking! She has made the whole process as simple and stress free (as much an estate agent can). Highly recommended and excellent value.

FacebookAmi and her team provided an excellent service. From viewing the property to rent on the Saturday I completed the paperwork on the Monday and I was able to move in on the Friday. The apartment needed some work doing which was also completed by the time I moved in. Ami and her team have continued to help with any queries I have had since moving in which has included recommendations for reputable tradesman. I have no hesitation in using Baxter Estate Agents again.

FacebookWe recently completed on the sale of our property with Baxters and can't praise them highly enough! Ami put us at ease with the whole process from the very beginning, allowing us to ask as many questions as we needed to throughout. She kept us up to date with everything, clearly working hard to keep the process going and moving along. It was brilliant to deal with the same person throughout the process, and the solicitor and mortgage advisor recommendations were spot on too! Ami is friendly, professional and clearly knows her stuff!!

FacebookAmi dealt with the sale of my mother's house in Autumn 2018. Ami and her team provided a very professional, efficient and effective service. After initial discussion I was able to hand over the keys of the property to Ami and she dealt with everything from marketing to viewings and final completion and all within 8 weeks. I could not have asked for a better service and would highly recommend Baxter's Estate Agency.

FacebookBaxter’s was not my selling agent they were my sellers estate agent. Ami was absolutely fantastic during the sale. Solicitors talk a lot of jargon which I didn’t understood. Ami took the time to explain in laymen’s term so I understood. I can not recommend Ami at Baxter’s enough. One of the most stressful times in my life was made less stressful thanks to Ami. Massive thanks
