GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this agency. I was scheduled to view a property at 2:00 PM and, despite arriving 7 minutes late at the property after traveling all the way from Manchester to Nottingham, I found that the agent had already left the property without even attempting to contact me.
There was no phone call, no message, nothing. The person sent to open the door didn’t bother to check with their office or wait, even though they were aware someone was still expected. It’s baffling that such a simple courtesy as a quick call to confirm my whereabouts wasn’t extended, especially considering the effort and distance I traveled.
This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic communication is unacceptable. It shows a clear disregard for people’s time and commitment. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this agency, be prepared for inconsiderate treatment and wasted time.

After 15 minutes I found numer to agency and I heard that , they was wait 10 minutes and he went for another appointment without not even try to make a call . GoogleNever met an estate agent as un serious as David Blount, we was referred to a property that had been on the market for a while upon discussing our situation we started the referencing process to secure the property we didn’t even pass the referencing because the estate agents were not aware of the landlords decisions.
We waited a week only to hear back the landlord doesn’t want to rent the property. Maybe communicate with your landlords before you get the hopes up for any prospective tenants or start any form of referencing.

GoogleWe rent at the moment (when we can we will be out) they're awful. Rude, lazy attitude, not professional and all of this is Mr Blount himself aswell as his staff at the Kirkby branch. Mr dove is a friend of his who's house I rent and if possible everyone should avoid both of them. Environmental have been involved with us now for over a year. Terrible company and I can't wait to watch it go down hill hopefully.
