GoogleDid not give potential buyers important information about the property, despite my requests. They don't listen, don't care, only interested in getting paid. Zero customer service. One star is generous.

Facebookunfortunately I was allowed to rent a house that was riddled with damp and other issues that environmental health still had on a list of things to be completed...i raised the issue of the damp several times as I have asthma and other health issues and was reassured that the issues had been rectified..a month after moving in the damp came back so bad there were fungus growing and all mine and the kids clothes had to be washed before wearing..several expensive things were ruined with damp...i had a major operation to undergo in the following months so we started looking for alternatives but having dogs seriously hampered our search...we found a suitable alternative and made our plan to move out...with the breach of contract between letting agents and myself already broken we did not give notice as the house was uninhabitable!! I'm a single mum of 2 kids and they saw it fit to keep my deposit even though they were paid for 2 weeks we weren't even living in the house. absolutely disgusted with the way this was dealt with considering I was the one that was deceived over the conditions of the house. Beware of renting from JK Estate agents as they don't vet their properties for rent if they are owned by friends!!!!

Hi Charlotte, unfortunately you are not giving the true facts of your rental through our office. Adequate notice was not given on your departure, along with outstanding rent due to this. Your deposit was lodged and secured with My Deposits NI, an independent government body who, on your departure is responsible for the return of your deposit - it was their decision that you were not entitled to your deposit back due to the circumstances, not ours or your landlord I’m afraid. You had to opportunity to challenge this decision with them which you failed to complete. You also have not occupied said rental property from ourselves since 2018 - with new tenants in situ since then who have had no problems with any damp in the property. Thanks.
