Eden Midcalf Kinver reviews

The Kinver branch of Eden Midcalf were acting on behalf of the seller, and we were the chosen buyers. On paper this should have been straightforward (famous last words!) with no chain on either side, however it wasn’t the smoothest sale through no fault of anyone except the infuriatingly slow solicitors. Meg and the team were exceptionally professional throughout the entire process, remaining courteous but appropriately applying gentle pressure when required to keep things from stalling. They smoothly dealt with sensitive issues, keeping the seller updated via his POA and clearly acting in their best interests throughout. From the initial viewing with Dawn, the second visit with Nick, and Meg’s excellent communication from start to finish, we can hand-on-heart say that the team at Eden Midcalf played a huge part in making our dream move to a forever-home come true. While as sellers we can’t comment on fees etc, we can only recommend them extremely highly as they made a very stressful process considerably easier and have our eternal thanks.

We found Nick at Eden midcalf very approachable. We had a number of viewing of the property we purchased. The agents were very happy to accommodate us. We had a long chain, which was quite stressful. Nick kept us up dated as to the situation of the chain. All the staff in the office were very pleasant. Thanks must also go to Meg. Thank you.

We have just made a difficult property purchase where these guys were the property agent. From our first contact they were helpful attentive and always happy to go the extra mile. I never felt we were too much trouble and Eliza in particular would always go out of her way to answer any questions or requests. It was always clear they were acting in their clients best interest but always took the time to understand our needs and desires and worked to this end even when things were tricky. All in all a good experience from start to finish from people that took the time to care. Thanks guys!!

Eliza, Rob and the team at Eden Midcalf are hands down the best estate agents I have dealt with. This covers both rental properties and sales. Their prices are good and service excellent.

The lady's at Eden Midcalf were brilliant. Not only selling my property.(That as a coal mine shaft.) In the garden. But also found new accommodation for my tenant. 10/10 well done and thank you for all your help.👍 …

No follow ups, updates on an offer submitted. Was told they had problems with their voicemails, still couldn’t be bothered to call and provide updates even when I did get hold of them.
