She made us feel at ease that it could be off the market quite quickly, which it was. Photographer Sara captured the rooms in such a beautiful yet realistic way. Everyone was very professional with wearing masks etc due to Covid restrictions. Communication was brilliant with the whole team the full way, we had about 6 viewings and they passed on realistic and honest feedback which was very helpful. Would recommend!

FacebookI first met Alyson after I had initially been visited by a representative from Nest. The agent left me feeling pretty dejected after suggesting due to my house being relatively new (2years) I may have to take a loss(around £5,000) as the market for area was unknown etc. I got the feeling the agent was looking for a quick sale at my expense and I knew immediately she was not selling my house. As soon as she left I phoned AT and the following day Alyson arrived. A more positive person you will never meet. Alyson told me how she would market my house, knew all the facts and figure and gave me renewed hope. Due to her professionalism and that of her team, name check Yvonne, she sold my house in two days for a more than fare price. If I had gone with Nest I would have potentially have been down £5,000 but with TW I was better off by £5,000 (total £10,000). I would highly recommend AT and cannot day enough about my positive experiences with them. #fivestarservice #bestinthebusiness
