Recently sold our house with Vicinity Homes after not receiving very good service from another agent. Heard about the company by word of mouth and Shelly instantly got to work in providing the super efficient service she is known for. Very honest about your realistic expectations and clearly knows property sales inside out for sure. Both Shelly and Susan were in constant contact right through the process and even goes above and beyond sometimes, I needed some moving boxes as I had run out... low and behold some were found for me 🥰. Fixed fees too which is also a winner. Excellent service. Never change. xx

Shelly has been amazing from the minute she replied to my first email asking about the selling process. She set a selling price a little under what we expected but explained the rationale for it. Well was she right! Boy does she know what she is talking about! Within 2hrs of being on the market we had 6 viewings booked. She goes above and beyond, answering emails in the evening/wekends/Sundays when it certainly wasn't expected - work/life balance!!!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone else to sell your home, she loves houses 🤣 We accepted an offer within a week of being on the market. Give Vicinity Homes a call, they are the best!

We’ve used Vicinity Homes twice now- firstly when they had just started up, then the second time this year after being so happy with the service from the first time round. Shelly is brilliant at what she does and obviously knows how to really sell a property! When we put our house on the market we knew straight away we wanted to use Vicinity Homes, as their sales brochures are fantastic- loads of good quality photos, as well as the all-important floor plan, which not all agents bother with. Not to mention the great service we know they provide! We had a stressful experience trying to purchase a property, but Shelly kept us calm and kept our chain together until we finally got an offer accepted! She really was on our side and was amazing throughout the whole process. I would recommend Vicinity Homes to everyone over the bigger agents any day!

We moved to Shelly and team after 6 months with another agent. Shelly was so helpful and prompt in getting our property back on the market and made it as stress free as possible which allowed us to focus all our energy on our little boy who was only a few weeks old.
