GoogleI have been renting a property managed by Howard Baker Estates for three years. The property was presented really well and maintained periodically by them. Really impressed with their professionalism in handling things right from renting, maintenance, periodic checks etc. Sam and Team does a great job in managing all these aspects. Renters can feel relaxed if they get such expert property managers. I recommend Howard Baker Estates due to the quality of their properties.

GoogleAs a tenant in the UK, I dealt with different estate agents from Sept-2005 to Aug, 2022. During this time, I was renting a property through Howard Baker Estate located in Kingsbury, London, NW9 8UA for last 5 years and I am glad and happy to recommend them. I am pleased that I never got professional and efficient service from any other estate agents as I received from Mr. S Parmar and the team at HBE. They deserve 5* from me for their exceptional customer service.

GoogleHoward Baker Estates Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best estate agency to help me to rent a property. The Howard Baker Estate was best option for us. We spoke with Sam and then met with him at the property. He spent time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding property, how long their listings typically stay on the market. Sam invited us next day at estate office to sign renting property. I've recommended Sam form Howard Baker Estates to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy.

GoogleHoward Baker Estates has been managing my property since September 2004. Over the years, Sam, Mina and the team have dealt with everything including repairs, renovations, replacing various items, and new regulations. They always send pictures of work carried out. They have always been careful to select the right tenants for the property. They have been very professional, courteous and kind in their dealings with me. I am very happy to continue using their services.

GoogleMy family rented a house through Howard Baker Estates for the period 2008- 2019. There was no interference in our personal life at all throughout all these years of tenancy, but understanding and efficient service. This allowed us to settle well and make the rental house into a real home.

GoogleHoward Baker Estates managed to find a suitable home for myself and my family to rent in a very short space of time. Mr Parmar presented a range of options and personally took me to visit each property and conveyed the advantages and disadvantages of each option. I really appreciated his professionalism and honesty as well as his efficiency, proactiveness and due care. I wholeheartedly recommend Howard Baker Estates!

GoogleI have been holding a tenancy agreement with you for 4 years, and now we have reached the end of it: I just wanted to send you a thank you letter for having looked after me and the property I was renting. In particular Mr Parmar has always been a reference point for any enquiry and has always been promptly helping to resolve any issue. I am happy that you have showed a very human, fair and honest attitude during the time of our deal, and I would definitely recommend your company as reliable and efficient.

GoogleA well run family run estate agents. Good service all round and prompt and courteous. I used them as rental and sales agents and they found us excellent tenants during the rental period and used them also for selling the property. Good local area knowledge too. Keep up the excellent work.

GoogleThey are not professional at all. Dealing with them is a nightmare, they say they’ll call back and they never do.. keep making excuses rather than giving info/answers about the property. Not respectful at all of people’s time. Do not recommend AT ALL
