I can't speak too highly of Andy and Kiera's handling of the sale of my house. Diplomacy was required because it was occupied by a tenant and everything complicated by Covid. They handled it brilliantly and drove both ends of the negotiations with a light but firm touch, always keeping me fully informed and responding very quickly to queries. Selling was an emotional experience for me and they were very patient, giving time to discuss my anxieties and making the whole process very smooth, quick and painless. Andy gave us an honest appraisal of our property and worked hard to keep potential buyers at the level we needed. The whole process from start to finish couldn't have been better. The way they presented our property with pictures and even a drone video was excellent. We were kept informed all the way through process and given excellent advice. We achieved a good price for our property and the fees were very favourable. I fully heartedly recommend Kingsbridge Estate Agents whether you are selling or letting a property, I could not have been more delighted with the all round service I received from Andy and Kira. I had a lovely home with an unusual layout that had been on the market for over two years and was on a short term let over the winter. When selling, the house always received very positive feedback from viewings but needed an eye for it's potential and Andy has that eye.
