GoogleWhat a great experience I had with Sue Clack today! Sue kindly collected me from home today and drove me around two properties that had recently come on the market. The time between viewings was spent discussing what I liked about each one and more importantly what was missing. In addition, Sue popped into my home to get a feel for my style and to get a better idea of what properties I would be drawn to moving forward. Thank you Sue for taking the time to get to know me better as this will help ensure we find my next home far quicker. GoogleSue showed me the property that we are buying in Hunstanton and from the very first phone call to enquire about a viewing, it was obvious that Sue is an expert in her field. She booked out a lovely long time to view the property and was really well informed about the property and had a lovely relationship with the vendors. Being of rather a worrying nature, Sue has assured me throughout the process and was excellent in the negotiations over price. I have taken her advice every step of the way. I cannot recommend her (and Haart) enough.

GoogleWe had a very positive experience working with Sue. She was friendly, patient, and professional throughout. We had two viewings with Sue via Haart; one was a property we had found on Rightmove and the other a proactive recommendation from Sue after discussing our requirements with her. She was knowledgeable about each property during our viewings as well the local areas, and kindly introduced us to the sellers so that we could learn more about the properties we were interested in. This enabled us to make more informed decisions on the properties we had seen. GoogleFrom the first viewing with Russell, to the confirmation of completion from Marie, we knew we were in the hands of a team of professionals. Even when things got sticky with other people in our chain, Marie was always on hand to chase and cajole. Russell and Marie did not wait for things to happen, they made them happen. A first class service from a team I would have no hesitation in recommending. Woody found it all relaxing too !

GoogleI received a letter through my post box stating Haart had a buyer for my property. When speaking to their agent they do not and is just a marketing ploy. Very misleading and poor practice. Not a good start to lie to your clients from the very beginning. edit re response** - thanks for your response however it's clearly made to sound as you're doing the right thing and i'm in the wrong. Just to be clear there was ZERO mention of any persons name on the letter as you suggest. Also i spoke to your agents which made it quite clear that it WAS in-fact a marketing ploy and you do NOT have a specific buyer for my property it is just to help entice people to re-list with you. A very bait and switch marketing ploy which should have been left in the 80's with the double glazing salesmen. To call an outright LIE a "proactive approach" just says it all really.

The letter you received stated I believe I have a buyer for your home, as we do have active clients in our database looking for properties. When we have a specific buyer in mind we include their name in the letter that we send to targeted homes as the client has given permission for us to send them out on their behalf. I am sorry you feel our proactive approach was inappropriate and wish you all the best

GoogleI sold my house very quickly with Rob from HAART, he took some amazing photographs to showcase my home which sold within days. Rob was very attentive throughout the whole process, keeping me informed of everything that was happening in a timely fashion. When it got stressful towards the end Rob was there to reassure me everything will be fine he made lots of phone calls on my behalf to solicitors and other estate agents to take the stress off my shoulders. I will definitely use HAART again, a very friendly and professional service. Thanks Rob you were great!

She kindly took the time to give me a second viewing at very short notice and even though my slot ran over she made me feel like she had all the time in the world. I had several questions about the property and within a couple of hours Cathy had responded to all of them and I had all the answers that I needed.
