GoogleLili, the manager at King's Lynn was excellent at keeping us informed and updated over the sale of our property at a time when it was not easy to sell. She personally conducted viewings and once we had an offer she was helpful in contacting the solicitors and our buyers when necessary. We would highly recommend this office.

GoogleMoving is more stressful than I could have imagined. All you want are real people that do what they say they are going to do. I was purchasing a property from F&C and I thought they were really good. Skie was a pleasure to deal with. She was professional and felt like a real person. She was responsive and delivered. On that basis I would absolutely recommend F&C.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Fine and Country and would absolutely recommend them. Jan came to value the house and spent a long time talking to us about our property, how they would market it and the various options open to us. From then on we dealt mostly with Ildi and Jo who were very helpful- Jo showed all the prospective buyers around and Ildi kept us up to date with the feedback. They obtained full asking price for us , no mean feat in todays market. Thank you everyone at Fine & Country Kings Lynn!

GoogleJan, Ildi and the whole team at Fine and Country in Norfolk genuinely made our dreams come true. We found our perfect home at the end of last year, and thanks to the concerted efforts of the team, we are moving in tomorrow. Jan is such a problem solver and he and Ildi provide effective support without ever being pushy.
Phillipa was always there when we needed her and highly efficient and friendly at all times.
We cant recommend F&C highly enough. True professionals who successfully combine the determination needed to secure complicated house purchases with the personal touches that make the process as stress-free as possible.

Google“I have recently been helped by Jan Von Draczek of Fine and Country. Jan helpfully assisted me in recovering a substantial sum of money from the landlord-tenant deposit protection scheme against a defaulting tenant who caused significant damage to my property.
Jan was at all times courteous, professional, pro-active, responsible and is an asset to any estate agent back office operation. Many people believe that estate agents are good at the “sale” and not so good in the “after - sale”. Jan was a refreshing breath of air and not only did he diligently chase up this matter for me, but kept me updated, informed and reassured throughout the entire process. I highly commend his sincerity and efforts - to succeed in the claim is only the icing on the cake. Well done and thank you very much Jan. F&C are lucky to have you!!”

GoogleMy family and I wish to express our heartfelt thanks to Jan and his team for all their help in finding us a property and then selling it for us.
We must really mention here how committed Jan and Ildi have been to the work assigned
to them. They have gone beyond the call of duty and their attitude has touched us
deeply.
We shall always be reminded of you and your dedicated team of workers
whenever we are in the new home. It was a blessing to meet you destined by the
Almighty.
We just wanted to thank you and show our appreciation.
Jan personally helped us shift our belongings to the house. They lifted it themselves. They are assets to your organisation with
excellent customer relations and having great humility and dignity of labour. Two wonderful young people. Thanks also to the team!
With much fond wishes and appreciation

GoogleWe purchased our home through Fine & Country and couldn't have asked for more. Every step of the way we were looked after. A relationship manager ensured that on the occasions when lawyers were, perhaps, not progressing things as one of us might wish, a gentle nudge in the right direction got things back on track. The liaison with the seller was made so much easier by the fact that F&C gave their support, and many things that were not strictly down to them were made easier as a result. I'd recommend Fine & Country, especially Jan and Ildi who dealt with our transaction.

GoogleWe recently bought a house through Fine and Country. Jan was extremely helpful and kind and while remaining totally professional, he went out of his way to ensure that the sale proceeded as smoothly as possible. We could not have asked for better treatment and are deeply grateful to Jan and his whole team for going above and beyond to make the experience as agreeable and hassle free as possible.

GoogleEstate agent was nice enough, but the seller hid things from the beginning. Like his house (Tall Pines, Welney) was underpinned.
Then tried to charge us for all the beige grotty carpets for 2.5K...he said he will rip all the carpets from bedrooms. Also another 2.5K for all the light fittings
We the naive buyers, with our kids...started panicking regarding carpets. Of course we argued for nearly 500K , you will be ripping out all carpets?!!! Seriously...I understand this is Cambridgeshire/Norfolk border....houses are expensive. But ripping out those carpets (however beige grotty they are) is taking the next level!
This negotiation on fixtures and fittings took nearly 2 months!
Ok 3rd month....we pressed the mortgage button....survey come back...with movement of house etc...
When we pressed the seller regarding the matter....he said nonchalantly 'oh yeah house got underpinned ' 30 years ago...this shouldn't concern you....!
ehh by the way....news flash ' its for the buyers to decide that'!!!!
We spent more money on survey. Also we found out....neighbours are a nightmare with serving notice on seller regarding cutting hedges etc..
We the naive buyers still persisted...as it was our dream house! By the way...now it's month 4 and 5
Somehow we got the mortgage offer. Our buyers were putting pressure on us. But it's been nearly 5 months! So I don't blame them for putting pressure, as they had to move out of their rental property.
Now, we somehow got to the exchange part...we are asking the seller....can we exchange please?!!!!
Seller brought in excuses how he needs to find a moving out company etc....it's really hard blah blah
By this point, we had a feeling....he was never going to move out! Still the naivety told us....maybe there is a chance!!! Yeah right, no chance in hell more like!
Somehow we pinned the date for exchange....Guess what( read below for shocking surprise)
Seller pulled out!!!!! After 6 months!!!! We wasted our money and time on this seller, who never wanted to selll!
Beware of this Seller! By the way...he has tried selling in the past, should have alarm bells ringing for us.....but we the naive buyers finally learnt our lesson!!!!!
Don't buy from this seller, unless you want your money and life slipping away right in front of you!

GoogleJan is a very skilled and professional estate agent who heads a very helpful team. GoogleI have just completed on a Norfolk house purchase, handled by Lilianna Christie of Fine & Country, Kings Lynn branch. Completely professional from start to finish. It started with a high quality brochure and online advert that drew out and “sold” the property’s best features, continued with an informative and promptly arranged viewing, progressing rapidly to an efficient contract exchange at a sensible price, and finally a seamless completion, both sides of the whole process actively supervised by Lili throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending both that branch, and Lili, highly.

GoogleWhat can we say! Jan and his team were absolutely brilliant right through the whole sale (which didn't take long). Professional but discrete, available when necessary but behind the scene otherwise.
We highly recommend Fine & Country. We would certainly only use them if we need to move again in the future.

GoogleSarah (and Lily) were extremely conscientious during the extended period of my house sale, and despite several hiccups over the 16 months the house was on the market, remained professional, keeping me in the loop with all developments, and finally securing the sale.

GoogleOur Lincolnshire house hunt with Fine & Country had a happy ending due entirely to Jan Von Draczek's dedication, skill and extensive knowledge of the region.
We had looked at several houses with Jan, none of which were quite right for us, but Jan had picked up exactly what we were looking for. We had gone back overseas, where we are currently working, when Jan called to say he had a property for us to view which had not yet come on the market. Coming back to the UK at short notice presented problems, so we asked for some photos, and Jan immediately prepared a highly professional brochure for us.
Armed with this, we flew back to the UK, and were taken to see the house and meet the owner by Jan. The house was exactly what we wanted. We made an offer right away.
Jan helped enormously through the next phase, and I believe the sellers were as happy as we were with the results.
We are now renovating our beautiful new home, and will be living there shortly.
Jan, Ildi and the staff at Fine & Country cannot be recommended too highly!
