If i could give this company a 0 I would. Terrible company who have stolen our deposit and refused to answer emails. Borderline criminal conduct going on there so stay well clear. The boiler failed twice during our last month at the house. They tried to charge us for that damage which was absolutely not our fault. Still considering whether to take to court.

GoogleLacking in communication and insight for those of us who are unfamiliar to the process of selling, this is partly also aimed at there auction department. On my second visit to the agent, despite there being vacant space in the window, the property wasn't displayed either, nor inside! I know these are weird times, but seemed to be a little unprofessional.

Worst company to deal with don’t let them sell your house don’t let them deal with your house at all because they will not sell it for you but you have really bad customer service avoid the best you can because they will only waste your time and your money the worst communication and the worst customer service

Not professional at all. Constant chasing up, never received confirmation offer was received and the outcome. Only verbaly over the phone (when rang myself).Never ring back when they say they will. Customer service is 0, not even 1.Branch Manager done nothing about raised concerns. 2 sentence reply with no actual answer. So be patient and investors dont be bothered.

Absolutely rubbish. Monday 11/04 I booked a view and the agency booked a viewing for Thursday 14/4 at 10 am. Thursday at 9:30 am when I was on my way to view the house I got a call from the agency saying that the views were yesterday and the house is gone now. What a joke, Ridiculous

Disorganised, poorly managed and unsafe. It is always someone else fault. Never follow things through. Poor customer service both as a tenant and a landlord. Terrible rental experience with them while I had my dream house built. i had to go to the Tenancy Protection Scheme to ensure I got all my deposit back. No sign in procedure for keys which they “lost”. Just don’t even think about using them.

I recently had a valuation of my property which was changed by £50,000 when I advised whb that I felt it was not acceptable. As the valuer didn't even take into account that my chalet bungalow had an upstairs, I lost faith. I have been telephoned on 3 occasions since, inspite of the fact that I have asked them not to contact me again. 10/10 for perseverance!

Williamhbrown St Albans - Whilst the support staff are polite and competent, I got the strong impression that management did not care whether they sold my property or not. No feedback, no evidence of what they were actually doing to sell my property, late notification of cancellations and repeatedly sending agents to conduct viewings who had no idea about the area or property particulars.

Tried to arrange a viewing through the loughborough branch. Emailed 3 times and via rightmoveI received 1 courtesy email. After that NOTHING.What a joke. If I wanted to sell a house these clowns would be the last agency id use. Poor communication to say the least. They clearly have a poor regard for potential buyers.

We recently sold our house with William H Brown. Really helpful and professional. Great service and help from Matthew, who valued our house. Kept us informed and had lots of viewings. Unfortunately we couldn't proceed as we couldn't find a property to buy in these crazy times. They were very understanding, therefore we would definitely use them again.Thank you very much.

I do not advise anyone to use this company. Communication is appalling, they did not notify me of viewings or give me feedback. They told me there were no viewings and encouraged me to drop the price. I agreed to this and later found that there had been viewings. I didn’t feel they were working in my best interest and had nothing but problems with them from the onset.

The WORST letting agents I have ever dealt with. Always having to chase things up with them to find out they haven’t done what they said they would. Left us without heating or hot water for 2 months!! Took months to get our deposit back and eventually had to go to the TDS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

As a landlord currently stuck in a management agreement with WH Brown, I’ll simply say this - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Every single month there seems to be a little trick here or there to try and rip me or my tenant off. One more attempt and I think i’ll be reporting them to the ombudsman - if I could leave a 0 score, I happily would.

Rude, aggressive and intrusive tactics. Put an offer in for a property, only to never be contacted with regards to whether our offer was accepted or not. Presumably, our offer was never even put forward to the vendors because we did not wish to use William H Brown's mortgage advisors. Pushy and pig ignorant, avoid like the f-ing plague.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!moved to a new property advertised with phone line.... had to wait two months to get it sorted. fire doors and rubbish bins set up after contacting local authorities. Customer service the worst in absolute.The only thing they know well is to get money off you! 2 months in and still no access to electric meters.STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

If there were less than 1 I would give it.Put on market with them as wanted a property that they had. Took a week to get a viewing, took £135 for the deluxe package and nothing happened had to chase up photogrspher, etc, they are rude, unprofessional and I asked for a refund. No apology or could be bothered to ask why

Booked a week ago to value my House so today 45 minutes before the valuer was due to arrive ,we get a phone call saying he is running late can he come in the Evening,or any time apart from the time booked.One crap company and will never use them again .You dont do that to potential new business so annoyed for screwing up my day .

I'm trying to buy a property and those greedy Agents wont let me view property because I'm not using they mortgage advisors. I've contacted them about numerous properties but they even wont return emails or calls as they already know I don't want to use their dodgy advisors with elevated fees, disgrace where is free market!!!!!

After organizing a viewing for two properties without much hassle, the follow up was non-existent. As a student, sorting housing out for the next year can be a stressful time. After liking one of the properties and emailing them to express our interest, no reply was received. Then after emailing them for a second time, still no reply has been received.Utterly useless!

TERRIBLE...the communication is beyond embarrassing, property is literally thrown on to the market at a random price and left to sit there as they want their advertising boards around town. It's well known this company is NOT the best locally, they just have more money to push their business. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
