GoogleVery simply, without Angela's determination, resource and capacity to keep her clients' team focussed and on track, we would not have made it to Exchange of Contracts. As a Buying Agent, I hope very much to deal with her again in the near future. Dependable, determined, and oh my good God, patient!

GoogleReally poor communications and not happy with service. I wanted to use a local agent and now regret it. Now after several weeks of calls and complaints we are still making no progress with this company. Certain members of staff do not listen! After months of constant chasing we are still very unhappy, emailed 4 members of staff and after a week not one reply.
I am very sorry to read your comments, we pride ourselves on offering a professional service and place a lot of importance on good communication, so if this has not been up to the standards we expect I am very sorry. I understand that you have contacted the office directly on this matter and we will certainly look into it.

GoogleWithout a doubt the most painful property management experience I've had. Ignored emails, multiple requests for failures such as boiler before anything gets resolved. Issues with damp, grout, failed dishwasher etc reported multiple times and ignored every time. Tried to charge me when I leave for items that they organised removal of, saying I'd taken them.
