GoogleWe have just completed the sale of our late Mother's house in the village. Andrew and the team guided us through the usual conveyancing nightmare with a calm head and professionalism. Always 100% available by phone backed up by serious proactivity. You might find somebody prepared to do the job for a tenth of a percent cheaper, but just goes to show you get what you pay for. Highly recommend...

GoogleWe cannot recommend Colebrook Seccombes highly enough. Having purchased a property through them last year we did not hesitate to think of using them to sell our house this year. Andrew and his team are possibly the most professional estate agents my husband and I have ever used (and we have used a lot!). Andrew's communication throughout each process was fantastic, always there to lend advice or to listen to stressed clients have a moan! Without doubt, they will be our first choice of estate agents should we need one in the future.

GoogleThe team here at colebrook were fantastic. I brought my property in march and they were on the ball every step of the way. I personally dealt with Andrew and the communication was faultless throughout the process. All my questions were answered with expertise and although most my questions started with "this might be a silly question but..." I didn't once feel I was a burden or a nuisance. I hope not to move for many years but if the time comes to sell/buy again I'd contact colebrook without any hesitation. Thank you for all the hard work

GoogleFrom a buyers perspective, our house purchase took 6 months, and a lot of the time while solicitors seemed to drag their feet it felt like Andrew and his team were the only people actually pushing things along. Particularly as we neared the end of our mortgage offer and were worried we'd have to apply again after rates had gone up, they helped get it across the line. We've got no plans to move now, but if we were to sell we'd definitely use Colebrook Seccombes

GoogleAndrew and team have been very professional in dealing with evaluating and selling our property, from start to finish. Andrew initially did an evaluation on our late fathers property for Probate purposes. He then took on the sale of the property. The valuation of the property in our opinion was extremely accurate and inline with other similar properties. Every step of the sale was managed by Andrew and team. They are a very proactive team and dealt with any issues that had to be dealt with, very efficiently. They kept all parties up to date on progress, Buyer, seller and Solicitors. Moving the sale through the process as efficiently as possible. I would definitely recommend Colebrook Seccombes to anybody looking for a Probate evaluation and for selling your property.

GoogleI can wholly recommend the team at Colebrook Seccombes. The team, Andrew, Anne, Majella and Shelley were brilliant from beginning to completion in helping us sell our house. You get the sense throughout they really care about your plans and have compassion for just how stressful selling a house can be! Communication was often and they kept pushing through to completion. I think these are rare traits in the industry having sold houses before with other agents. Pricing was fair in comparison to other quotes. The team's knowledge of complex issues was also very welcomed during the negotiation period. If you want an enthusiastic group of people who will properly look after you, then I encourage you to get in touch with the team there.

GoogleProfessional Guide throughout the whole process. Andrew has a refreshing calm demeanour and is a very successful salesman. He is confident in his advice and takes a pragmatic and knowledgeable lead in proceedings. I was delighted with his handling of my recent house sale which hit a few road bumps along the way. Andrew was a very reassuring voice in the stressful system of the English housing market.My advice to future vendors is that you can be sure Andrew will be with you through the whole process. Andrew was exceptionally professional throughout the process and ensured communication with my buyers/sellers remained active and on task. GoogleTo be quite honest, our experience with ColebrookSeccombes got off to a bad start - as the initial buyer developed "mortgage issues" and finally had to drop out. This was nothing to do with CS who were attentive to our requirements at all times and really put their hearts into it. We have now sold to another buyer and have nothing but praise for Andrew and his team - all of whom were great to deal with, and made the first disappointment just fade away. I found Andrew especially hard-working and an extremely decent man to work with. I can highly recommend his company and staff in the highest terms. A very successful partnership for us.

GoogleWe bought our first house through Seccombes in Kineton. The owner, Andrew, dealt with the sale on the vendors behalf. Andrew was very helpful throughout the whole process, chasing the vendors, arranging times with the surveyors and chasing the solicitors for answers. Not once did Andrew brush off any questions to another party, he always did his best to answer questions and make suggestions where he couldn't. Not only that, he was very prompt too! We had to travel a long way and Andrew made sure everything was addressed before we even left for a viewing, to ensure no one's time was wasted. I would highly recommend Andrew and Seccombes to any buyer or seller in the area!

GoogleJust had the sale of our house handled by Andrew at Seccombes in Kineton and he did a brilliant job in difficult circumstances. Right from the off Andrew was highly professional and showed real attention to detail regarding the photos and sales literature. Our house generated a decent amount of interest, which Andrew expertly managed (in terms of the multiple viewings at short notice) - and our house was sold within a few days. Our sale was drawn out by estate agents handling the sales further down the chain. Fortunately Andrew showed how it was done, constantly keeping the pressure applied down the chain to ensure things moved forwards. Throughout the process we really felt that Andrew was constantly working and chasing on our behalf (without being pestered to do so, like you sometimes get the feeling with estate agents). Every time we sent an email we'd get a reply from Andrew within an hour or two (usually quicker).....every time we rang and left a message he would call back in a similarly quick fashion......you can't ask for any more. I have already recommended Seccombes to several people on the back of this recent experience.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

He is professional and considerate to the stress a house move inevitably brings. Andrew and the team are reliable and professional. We never had to chase them, not once.
