I recently had to sell my late mothers house and chose Kelvin Valley. The service we received was first class, we were kept up to date with the process and they were a joy to work with. The advertising package was superb and showed the house to its full extent. All viewings were smoothly arranged and as predicted the house sold in less than a week. I would have no hesitation In recommending Paul and his team, their attention to detail and professionalism was second to none.

Outstanding service. From the first visit until the end of sale, John and team made sure that our property is sold at the right time and marketed very well. The all process was very straightforward and they advised us accordingly for the each step. Quick communication throughout all the process which is very important for the sale of the property. I recently had a disappointing experience with this estate agency. I placed an offer on a property through my solicitor, but initially received no acknowledgement from the estate agency that my offer had been received. The lack of communication left me unsure about the situation and caused unnecessary concern during what is already a difficult process. Following my review, the owner contacted me to discuss what had happened, and I appreciate him taking the time to do so and clarify the situation. While I appreciate the communication afterwards, I feel the initial communication could have been better and that a simple acknowledgement of the offer would have avoided much of the concern. Hopefully this experience will help improve communication for future buyers.

Kelvin Valley sold my Father’s property at the price we hoped for in a matter of weeks. They also went above and beyond to find him a new home in the exact location we wanted. Wanted to commend John and James on the handling of my daughter's and husband's property during the tenancy years and through to the sale. They handled the tenancy with efficiency and kept us informed of any issues to letting us know our boiler/gas check was due. All the things we may have forgot about otherwise; James and John were on top of it. Then when it came for us to sell the property around April 2016; James and John did so again with ease. We had no hassle whatsoever. They arranged viewings, informed us and gave us feedback. We sold the property really quickly and our sale went through smoothly. All pain free!! Thanks guys. They are also decent when it comes to paying them for their part in the sale and commission on tenancy. I would have no trouble recommending them.

I couldn’t recommend Kelvin Valley enough! They quickly found us a property and had us moved in just over a week later. The property was of very high standard, and after previously viewing a disgraceful flat with a different company, Kelvin Valley restored our faith in finding a nice place to live. Been with Kelvin valley for nearly 8 years, they have been outstanding in every way, from breaking the news after being in the old house for seven and a half years that the landlord is now selling to doing there best to find us another house and out doing there self with what we have ended up with, not only that but being the time of year being told you have 2 months to move out just a couple of days after xmas, Kelvin valley made it less stressful and gave us lots of different properties to view. With stuff regarding break down of white goods, heating or any other issues they are quick to get it sorted and always keep you informed whats happening.I would and have recommended Kelvin valley with the experience i have had and am getting. 5*
