GoogleI'm still part of the family of Morgans Estate Agents MK and enjoying how professional and customer centred they are. Recently I locked myself out of the house with all spare keys inside the house. I spoke to Sue and she was sympathetic and so prompt in helping us during that situation. She was so warm and friendly and kept asking if we were okay together with my lil one. She is such a lovely woman. GoogleWe’ve been with Morgan’s for 6 years and there’s only good things to say, they’ve always taken great care of us throughout our tenancy , been quick with responding to emergent and none emergent issues just as fast , kind and caring staff! Their contractors are also such kind people who take real time into explaining and fixing any problems ! GoogleSo far so good. Morgans have proven to be what I think a property agent should be.. They support both the tenant and the landlord in equal measure. They are friendly and flexible. We found a few small things that needed fixing when we moved in, such as blinds and exterior lights, and they had a contractor contact us quickly to resolve them all. The contractor is also very good.
I've used 3 other Milton Keynes rental agencies before and had bad experiences with all of them. I get nothing of the money hungry feeling from Morgans that I did from the others.
