GoogleI don’t often leave reviews however we had such a surreal experience with this company that I felt obliged to. All I can say is they are the most unpleasant, unprofessional and juvenile group of human beings I’ve had the misfortune to encounter. If you are thinking about using their services please reconsider and look elsewhere. So disappointing to learn that speaking and treating others the way they do is considered acceptable by anyone let alone when you are paying for a service.

GoogleI had the most dreadful experience with Laurie Wier of Murphy Scholar. I own the top conversation and they let the bottom for their client. Roof needed renewed which is shared. Had to use their contractor as they came in cheaper - they also are subcontractors for the owner of bottom flat - they left roof unprotected which caused severe damage to my property. It happens, but they sent me an horrendous email threatening ME with legal action if their property was damaged. I could go on about how awful it was and the follow up emails but don’t have enough space. This happened 1 1/2 yrs ago and it still stresses me. Avoid.

GoogleWe phoned to enquire about a property that is for rent, the staff member was quite rude on the phone. I explained the house that I was interested in, she asked me to hold on - I was then transferred to someone else and explained again. This girl asked me all about my age, salary and was quite snappy with me. She advised that I would not be a suitable candidate, did not suggest any other properties and the call ended. I would not touch this agent anyway now based on the way my enquiry was handled. I came off the phone feeling like I had been grilled and had to justify myself. Don't bother.
