My wife arranged a viewing in New Cumnock, travelled for an hour to get to it and nobody turned up. There was someone in the property but they would not answer the door! Nobody is answering the phone at the office or returning emails. A very, very unprofessional company! Please think before using Glow Homes ….. Wasted time and petrol……**update, now been blocked from their facebook page for stating these facts…..🤷🏼‍♂️. ***update 2, was phoned by the director who would not take our concerns onboard and was more interested in a bad review to the very poor service we received today. I explained that no one would answer the door to the viewing, so naturally the first step would be to phone the estate agent. No one was answering their phone (turns out the office was closed), we emailed the office to which it took 1 1/2 hours to respond! Not much help there. Me wife and mother in law had travelled some distance for the viewing, so were almost home when they received the email. These are all facts. We asked why they were arraigning viewings when the office was closed and nobody could be contacted on the phone. When the ‘director’ phoned he passed the buck with loads of excuses, these are all facts! We were offered petrol money, but was hung up on before we could arrange this…. Hopefully they take on board our concerns before anyone else is highly inconvenienced………….

Recently sold our home with Glow Homes and from the very beginning we had 10/10 service ✨️ Robyn and Shannon were super friendly and very professional. All viewings etc were communicated extremely quickly and we managed to achieve a fantastic sale price on our home all within the space of less than a week! I honestly couldn’t fault the team at Glow Homes. They made us feel so at ease about the whole process of selling and moving. With 3 kids living in our house I stressed so much about how the pictures would look but Robyn was amazing she done a great job getting the photo’s of our house. Nothing was a bother, very quick to respond to any questions I had, viewers were booked in quickly and the house was sold within a few days of being on the market. We have now completed and moved into our new home all within 3 months. Can’t recommend Glow homes enough!

110% recommend selling your home with glow homes initially I was with purple bricks and had a bad experience with them, after a couple of months I decided to switch to glow homes after seeing how well they sell homes and advertise your home, Robyn and Shannon were absolutely amazing so accommodating and quick to get my house back on the market after the first 2 viewings my house was sold! I want to start off my review by leave a comment about the woman that took me around Julie W. I met Julie at the property and she showed me around and we had a good chat during the process. I explained my situation and I can’t say how relaxed and better I felt. Julie made me feel very relaxed and at ease. I felt nervous as with other companies and viewings I felt judged and I felt like I was being looked down on. Julie made me feel relaxed and it honestly made the viewing better. I am extremely grateful for Julie and the teams work for helping me with the process and even me becoming successful and getting the apartment. I can't thank Glow enough for the help. The local knowledge held by Mel is invaluable. The sale/purchase date was start of covid-19 lock down everything everything was very daunting but without any prompts Glow was providing legal status updates, and ensured that everyone in the chain had a property to stay in the situation one sale went through and another didn't. Things couldn't have went smoother. For stress free buying / selling or rental Glow is the only company I would ever consider using, service was above and beyond.

We contacted Mel approximately 2 years ago when we were first thinking of selling our flat for an estimate. Since that initial contact she was great at keeping in touch via text when properties came on to the market that would be of interest and arranging viewing quickly at times that were convenient to us. We felt that they were invested in supporting us to get what we were looking for so when we found our home and did not hesitate to contact Glow to be our estate agents. Couldn’t reccomend glow homes more, was helped throughout the full process by Shannon Watson who made the process so easy to understand and spoke us through every step of the way making us feel so at ease.
