GoogleWe had a extremely disappointing experience with this letting agent (Lynda Coyne). After meeting the owners of a house and being told we were their preferred tenants, the agent kept the property advertised for weeks and told us she “wasn’t in a rush” to find a new tenant. She never kept in contact, during the process she even said she’d be “checking the oven and toilets” in our current home, to which we agreed she could inspect our current home, which felt very invasive and extremely unprofessional.
In the end, we were turned down without explanation. The whole experience left us feeling dismissed, disrespected and powerless. I’d advise other tenants to be cautious and landlords to be aware of how potential renters may be treated.

GoogleVery disrespectful, know someone who rented a property for one day off them, the property was falling apart, dampness all over the house,no proper cooker or microwave, walls were filthy, mattress were the same and tank in the attic seemed like it was going to explode. Went back down to the agency to ask can they fix the problems but they gave out and said your expecting high standards but really the agency and the landlord have no standards. Staff wouldn't fix the problems so we had to give back the keys and move out straight away.

GoogleTurned up for a house viewing for a house they were reluctant to show when I rang. Got there late, no greeting or introduction, the guy just ignored me and walked straight into the house without me. Wasn't interested in answering any questions, just said to look round and close the door behind me. Getting any info was like pulling teeth. And this was as a prospective buyer - can't imagine what they're like on behalf of sellers

GoogleI made a viewing appointment with Mr. Culloty, it was confirmed by his office by email, yet he didn't show up. When I rang him he claimed he wasn't aware of the appointment.

GoogleThere should be an 0 stars options for companies like them. Zero respect, zero support, just pay them and be quiet. No landlords duties, I don't even know if it's legal to treat people like this.
