Outstanding service and commitment. Padraig Kavanagh dealt with what proved to be a complicated sale with enormous energy and professional competence. His understanding of our needs and commitment to meeting those needs was exemplary. There were regular exchanges, initiated by Mr Kavanagh, at weekends and evenings. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. And throughout this complicated process he remained polite, affable and unfailingly professional.

From start to finish Padraig was so fantastic. His constant communication made me feel he is committed to getting the deal done and fast! Clear instructions always on next steps and very human also. A rare find in this society we live in. Definitely choose Leinster Properties for all of your estate agent requirements. Will be recommending to friends and family also.

When selling the family we automatically recruited the services of one of the older larger estate agents. This was our first mistake. Eventually we decided to go with Leicester Properties as it was a smaller business with a very competitive rate. Dealing with Padraig was enlightening...a polar difference to the service we had received from the larger agency. From the start Padraig was such a professional and an absolute gentleman. He was extremely efficient thorough and kept us continually updated. I can highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property. Why would you pay more for an inferior service. Well done Padraig and thank you so much for helping us navigate the difficult task of selling our family home.

We had an outstanding experience working with Padraig. From start to finish, his service was exceptional. He was incredibly helpful in every aspect of the process, always patient, always supportive, and consistently going above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. We truly could not have done this without him. Thanks to his dedication and professionalism, we successfully secured the perfect place for our holistic centre, something that felt like a dream at the beginning. Padraig is not just an excellent agent; he is someone who cares, listens, and delivers. We are deeply grateful and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable professional. Thank you, Padraig, you helped us take a huge step forward on our journey., Monika & Imre Matrix Avalon Holistic Center

My husband & I recently sold our family home through Padraig Kavanagh of Leinster Properties of Kilcock, Co Kildare. From start to finish Padraig kept the wheels in motion for the entire process, keeping us & the purchasers of our home informed every step of the way through what can be a lengthy process. Our son also purchased his 1st home from Leinster Properties & Padraig applied the same approach & assistance to our son on his 1st purchase. We highly recommend Padraig for his services.

I recently sold my home with Leinster Property and would highly recommend them to everyone. Padraig was amazing to deal with. He uses modern technology for bidding, and for viewings. Padraig also ensures that all parties are well informed throughout the sale process, which gives great peace of mind for both the purchasers and the sellers.

We chose Padraig Kavanagh on the recommendation of a neighbour who had also sold through him, and it was the best decision we could have made. Padraig was professional, supportive and a real pleasure to work with from start to finish. His knowledge and guidance gave us great confidence throughout the sale. We had the pleasure of dealing with Padraig Kavanagh at Leinster property. Sadly, the house we viewed didn’t suit what we were looking for at this time, but we cannot recommend Padraig as an estate agent enough. A genuine gentleman with great knowledge of the properties and area and a great people person. Thanks for making the viewing process enjoyable.

Working with Pádraig was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Although the sale took longer than expected due to circumstances completely outside of either of our control, Pádraig was excellent at keeping me informed and provided updates almost daily throughout the entire process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always responsive, making sure nothing was ever overlooked. His attention to detail and genuine commitment to seeing the sale through properly really stood out. From navigating delays to managing communication and closing, everything was handled calmly and confidently. Buying a home can be stressful, but Pádraig made the process feel well-managed and transparent despite the challenges. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would absolutely work with Pádraig again in the future. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were very pleased working with Leinster Property and Padraig. What stood out most throughout the process of buying a home with Leinster Property and Padraig was the honest, down-to-earth and simply very 'human' approach. We never had the feeling of just being "the buyer" and the other party simply being "the seller", but rather two groups that seek a new home and new caretakers who respect the property's history. That aside, Padraig and team was always available to answer questions, sort out the bureaucracy and keep us in the loop about progress and next steps. This really has been a very positive experience and we look forward dealing with Padraig and Leinster Property again!
