The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Avoid completely if possible. I purchased a new build house from them in March 2018 which has experienced constant issues including a leak which has been "fixed" five times, a kitchen not fit for purpose and a back door which I'm still waiting to be replaced 2 months on plus 80 other significant snags, all this despite the property gaining their "Quality Assurance". The company fails to offer any sort of customer service with poorly trained staff and a complete lack of any reasonable communication throughout the process. They now fail to answer any emails and have no empathy for their customers. All other customers that have moved in have reported similar problems.
I would be happy to forward on the letter I have sent to Coventry trading standards which details their failings if you required more information.

Well I purchased a home from this company. All seemed well apart from there appalling communication in relation to trying to change title deeds and their interesting tactics on ensuring this goes through with no consultation, lawyers are very interested.....

No I know this is not the platform for a complaint but it is the best route for others to check the planning permission that signature submit as there are inconsistencies in each document, so between this company and the local council we have completely been shafted.....🤔
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
