So the time as come for me to leave my lovely flat on King Street in Wollaston which is managed by Mark Jones. I have loved my time in this flat which is located in the heart of Wollaston Village. Mark Jones have made this experience even better as I can say they have been a fair and professional agency for the hole 6 year in which I have lived here. I would strongly recommend this agency. I have never had an issue with them and they always work with thier tenants to thier best ability to ensure the best outcome for the tenant. I would like the give a special thanks to Emma who has been a wonderful support to me over the years I have lived here. Mark Jones are an agent who will ensure your accommodation needs are met. Mark Jones Property lettings offers a consistently professional service. Emails and telephone calls are always answered promptly. Very comprehensive service for a reasonable service fee. Years of letting industry experience. All I can say is 'thank you so much'. This goes especially to Christine Brookes who has helped and supported me as a landlord at every stage over the last 10 years. I am indebted to the staff for sharing their knowledge and expertise & always being there to listen. Whenever I have needed them, they have been there; collating documentation, negotiating & sharing experience & reassurance. If I could award more than five stars I would.

Friendly staff. Went above and beyond helping my family find our new place. Spent a lot of time with us listened to all our very specific (and very complicated!!) needs and just when we felt we weren't going to find anything, they managed to find us a lovely house in Stourport.

Thank you for your review. I do apologise if you feel you have not received our usual great service. I have looked into this and from your name I note you are a neighbour of a property adjacent to one of our Landlord's properties. Please get in touch and correct me if this is wrong. Looking back on our notes I can see we have responded to all your email enquiries. The only email I see took a took a little longer was one that was sent over a weekend, but responded to immediately on the Monday, when I believe the issue had already been resolved. The Landlord had been made aware of your concerns. This was earlier this month and since then we have not had any contact to say there was a further issue. If there is any further problems please contact us immediately and we will do our best to investigate further.

A very unprofessional, lazy, non-apologetic attitude which has cost us hundreds of pounds. I would not use them or recommend them.
