Her experience and professionalism was second to none, but also very understanding, attentive, patient, friendly, and dynamic. This agent went well beyond our expectations.We purchased a property being advertised by Kibworth Properties and the sale/purchase had many complexities due to the vendor’s residing in East Asia, but the complexity was easily negotiated by the agent which gave us great confidence to proceed with the purchase. Absolute 5 star perfect service all the way through,100% recommended. We are first time buyers which can be a daunting prospect but we felt supported by Jayne from start to finish, what we liked the most was the time and care that was taken to get to know us to match us up to the right property, she answered all of our questions and was always available when we needed her. Jayne was fantastic and helped through the difficult selling process of a beloved family home from start to finish. Going the extra mile, by organising third parties like electricians and house clearance, as I was unable to do so as I no longer live in the area. Most importantly Jayne was "always there" and available seven days a week, and sometimes out of hours if needed. Ultimately the sale was approved with a fair price thanks too in no small part to Jayne's negotiations. Would highly recommend to anyone in Kibworth and surrounding villages.

We knew Jayne was the estate agent for us within the first couple of minutes as she took the time to really understand what we wanted. We first met Jayne almost two years ago when we were looking at purchasing a property through Jayne’s company of Kibworth Properties. Although we decided not to purchase that particular property, we remembered how genuine and personal Jayne was (and is) and so when we decided last year to put our own home on the market for sale, Jayne was our first port of call. To an estate agent, selling a property is obviously just a business transaction…. this is their business, but to us, selling our home of over twenty years was a very personal experience…. Jayne always understood and appreciated this and we appreciated that of Jayne. Always there to answer any questions we might have and also to communicate between us as the seller, the buyer and the solicitor’s Jayne was always personal, but always professional. After the usual banging the head against the walls, trying to sell my property with your typical estate agent and the lack of care and attention, the inevitable frustrations set in- ( we’ve all been there, whether it’s estate agents, solicitors, purchasers, etc!) So I asked a friend who is a Director of a National estate agent group and if he could direct me to somebody who actually cares. He immediately recommended Jayne without hesitation.
