I have almost completed the sell of my home and I’m looking forward to moving into my new home 🏡 which “Williams.Rose” found for me. The whole process has been throughout the “covid” pandemic. 🤒 adding extra considerations. The team at “Williams.Rose” in Keynsham have supported me all the way. Martyn has been my “go to” advisor. He has been patient and kind...and never gave up on me!! 😇 bless! I’ve had contact with all the team and always felt I was a valued customer. Their professional approach never wavered, they kept me up to date with every part of the process and always found time to explain any details I questioned. We recently purchased a property in Keynsham, where your move were the estate agents. We had the pleasure of working with Martin in the Keynsham office. His professionalism and level of service he provided us was outstanding. He was able to resolve so many obstacles the whole way through the purchasing process, he went above and beyond what he was required to do to help us out on so many occasions. Purchasing a home can be quite a stressful process, Martin was able to help and remove a lot of this stress for us. We now happily have acquired our first home. I am a landlord and have been letting property in central Bristol for around 20 years and in this time I have tried several different letting agencies. I have to say that after moving to Williams Rose Your Move Keynsham just over a year ago the service I receive from them is second to none. In every aspect of dealing with them they have been extremely professional and couple this with their very reasonable fees, I can 110% recommend them to anyone with properties in and around Bristol. Had a house viewing Saturday and i was interested so was advised I'd receive a call on monday morning, received nothing so i called them and was advised to wait, tuesday comes and still nothing so i emailed and was again told to wait. I then see the house is SOLD STC. So called again to find out what's going on and am told some nonsense about it wasn't them who would be calling me it would be the financial team, but they are unsure if they have even given them my details. Terrible service, Can't ever get a straight answer and have just been fobbed off.

Absolutely Terrible service. We were stood up by them on a viewing in which I rang them for the woman to tell me reasons why we would be unsuitable for this property. Despite having been in thier keynsham branch and speaking to them on the phone discussing the property and other details previously. Absolute waste of our time why not just tell us in person before making plans letting us turn up, wait around and then tell us we can't have this place and there not there. Hope no one else wants their time wasted and choose to use a good estate agent.
