GoogleWe dealt predominantly with James the branch manager who provided an excellent responsive service the whole way through the sale. Costs were very competitive and James continually worked to keep all parties involved (us(!), our solicitor, the buyers and their solicitor) moving so that we completed as quickly and effectively .as possible

GoogleWilliam sold us our property 25 years ago and when we came to put it on the market in 2025 he was there to help again. This is the sort of continuity you don’t get from the chains. Many thanks especially to James who went the extra mile when one of the parties in our chain messed us around. Highly recommended

GoogleIt has been 3 weeks since I moved out. It has been back and forth regarding the deposit- it takes 2 or more days for them to respond to emails. I looked after the place like it was my own, never caused any issues during tenancy. I left the place in good order, sent my cleaners back in to redo end of tenancy clean and have not complained or disagreed with any deductions of the deposit... yet, I am still waiting for it to be released! They would never let anyone move in before taking deposit but when it is time for them to give people their money back...good luck even getting a response without constant chasing! It is lucky I didn't need the deposit to pay deposit somewhere else. The worst I've dealt with in London even though I have moved all over the city 10 times! Unacceptable - would never use them again and definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

GoogleAbsolutely terrible service - avoid at all costs. To start, when I viewed the property, it was with a weekend staff member who knew nothing about the facilities, parking, or any of the usual questions someone would have about a flat. Luckily for them the property was lovely and sold itself. Then, during every piece of communication following this we would have to chase repeatedly for responses to queries. When we moved in, we found out there was an ongoing issue with the water pipes for the flat which we had not been told about despite Regent knowing about this for three months prior to us moving in. Finally, after leaving the property and being in a deposit dispute, this has lasted 3 months, with us often not getting email responses back for weeks at a time, being told a second contractor quote would be obtained and never seeing any evidence of it. Terrible, unprofessional service from start to finish.NegativeProfessionalism

FacebookSo a friend of mine phones regent estates asking about a flat to rent, was told sorry the flat has gone, I phoned them a few hours later, spoke to the same person and was told.. Yes sir would you like to book a viewing hmmmm so my friend is Eastern Europe and I am English!!!!

GoogleThis company are a disgrace. We rented a property for over 4 years with them as an agent which was OK until it comes to you leaving. 1. Though they agreed I could attend the check out, they carried it out without telling me and then made spurious demands for deductions from deposit. 2. Had work carried out after we left by their "preferred contractors" at well above market rate. This work was carried out with no written quotations or consultations with us and we were simply expected to pay their rates. 3. Have as yet failed to return a rent overpayment made in our final (partial) month despite the threat of legal action. 4. They recommended me a cleaning company to carry out a final clean at a cost of £200. This was not an itemised quotation and I carried this work out myself in 3 hours (they added 2 hours of extra cleaning so 5 hours in total) - how can an agent think £40 an hour for cleaning is acceptable? Overall, OK when you're a tenant but a nightmare to leave as they simply try to squeeze as much out of you as they can.
