GoogleThis estate agent is one to avoid at all costs in the past year I sold 3 properties it was not the easiest path to negotiate, i found these people to be incompetent at the highest level i was astonished they portray themselves to be professionals ? I don't think so! Maybe professionals at mayhem would be more appropriate.

FacebookTerrible customer service. Main office terats you like an idiot. They cancel isnpections without informing you. No respond for emails as well. not recommend at all!

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately due to staff illness the inspection had to be cancelled and we apologise for any inconvenience we caused you. I know one of our property managers emailed you to apologise and asked you if there were any issues at the property you needed reporting to the landlord, but she is yet to hear back from you. GoogleThey pay attention to detail and make sure you are comfortable with each step. I was new to UK and claire made sure that i was kept updated and informed through out the letting process. All in all a wonderful experience.
