My experience with Barrows & Forrester since day 1 has been excellent. All information required was explained to me in a clear concise manner, including dates and costs. One of the single most important things to me has always been flexibility and every experience I've had has been led by a flexible first approach making sure everybody is happy. All of the costs associated with renting were explained to me and the documents weren't long, confusing or hard to understand. Absolutely perfect company to rent with. Krishan has been amazing. He walks the fine line between agent-customer communications perfectly and with confidence. He's a credit to Barrows & Forrester.
