I have successfully worked with Simon at Walton Estates on numerous occasions over the last few years. When selling my latest Battersea apartment I needed a skilled and pro-active agent to quietly market the property and carefully target the right prospective buyers. I had a tenant in place and did not want to disturb them by engaging in a full marketing strategy. Simon was able to present the property as a secure investment opportunity with a strong yield. A cash buyer offer was quickly secured close to asking price and it was a smooth process. In a challenging market experience really counts and I would highly recommend Simon to anyone looking for real expertise in the London market.
